How do you print your Perspex signs?

We cut and mount the printed graphics on the reverse of each Perspex acrylic panel. This protects the print from being scratched by any potential contact with the front of the panel.

How do I fit my acrylic signage to the wall?

Fitting can be carried out by any competent handyperson. Our manufacturing team will drill small holes into each corner of your sign and supply you with four satin-finish stand-off screws. These are designed to fix your panel to the wall, while protecting the print from any jagged edges.

What is the typical lifespan of an acrylic sign?

Perspex signage typically lasts at least 5 years when used internally. For outdoor use, you can expect your sign to last a minimum of 3 years.

What thickness should I request for my custom acrylic signage?

The larger the sign, the thicker your acrylic panel will need to be. This is to avoid the panel flexing under the weight. A 3mm thickness is suitable for most small and medium sized signs. However, for our largest acrylic sign (2400 x 1200mm) we would recommend a minimum thickness of 5mm.

What thickness should I request for my custom acrylic signage?

Acrylic signage is extremely easy to clean! All you need is some warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth to make your sign look as good as new.
